Ganache! 🍫 🍫🍫 Here’s how to make a smooth, shiny ganache: Ganache is basically an emulsion of chocolate in warm cream. These can break down if overheated and look grainy and dull so keep the heat low. The ratio is 2 parts chocolate to 1part warm cream. Use full fat cream and a good quality chocolate.
